PT and massive pack upgrade

Hey guys,

We did the upgrade to PT 7 and all of our plugins are working except the Sony Oxford plugin. I have upgraded the sony plug in and signed up at iLok with the Activation Code but for some reason it's not showing up on my plugin list or on my old sessions....

I'm doing a remix of some old sessions that I used a bunch of the Sony Oxford EQ's on and I need to get it back up and running...

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a 192 digital I/O with a G5 2 GHz and 2.5GB of Ram

I'm running PT 7.0. And the problem is with the MassivePack4 upgrade

I thought I did... Do I have to just sync my ilok? Maybe I'm missing something..... What did you do?

If your getting any kind of upgrade from Sony (I.E Pt7 update) they will deposit the authorization to your iLok account. Go to iLok.com, log in, on that page over on the left it will say if you have assets pending. If so, click on that and it give you a list of authorizations to download to your iLok. Click on the synchronize button. Then select the assets and download them one at a time to your iLok.

I got the asset from the iLok website but when I launch PT the popup still comes up that says it has to have authorization to use it.... and it can't find it on the iLok...... I'm not sure what to do...

You initially sync the account but then you select the plug in you want to move to the iLok from your iLok account online and it goes through an update routine. You ought to see the Oxford on your list on line (which means it is not yet in your iLok) - just select it and sync.

That means you did not download the asset to the iLok. When you log-in to your account, in the Enhance Your Account Box, it will say "You Have Licenses." Click on that. Then the next page will be a list of what is available to you. You then click on synchronize. Select a license and then click on the download button once you select the iLok that you want the license to go to. It's that simple. After it's done, go back to "manage your account" and you will see it listed in your iLok. If you've done this already, and you're still getting the Authorization dialog, then maybe you've installed the wrong version Sony plug-in that goes with the License. Good Luck!!

Firstly- Thank you all for helping I thank you so much...

Yes! I went to the "important you have licenses " page and downloaded it to my ilok and it disappeared from the page.

Also, I do see the oxford on my ilok list when I go to Manage>view iloks ... under my ilok I can see the Oxford R3 EQ TDM and the Oxford EQ + GML TDM PT7 demo I downloaded thinking it would work..... They are there and under the EQ R3 TDM the expriation says never.....

I downloaded the MP4HD7updates.dmg.
