Click track playing at super fast tempo

So randomly in the middle of recording just now my click track decided to start going crazy fast. My tempo is set at 90 bpm through out the whole song. I didn't change anything when it started doing this.

After exiting Pro Tools and getting back in it still continues to do it. Any ideas?

Windows 7
Pro Tools 10.2.0

In the View menu > Ruler make sure Tempo and Meter is ticked (and therefore visible).
Is there a yellow marker at the point in time where the click changes?

If yes, double click it and re-set it.
If its a tempo marker set the resolution to quarters.
If its a meter marker set the click to quarters.
