Default Channel Strip, missing number values

Have a look at my channel strip:
http://ljuddesign.se/dl/anon/channel_strip.png

Does anyone know if there's a way to turn on / show the values in numbers for each and every knob?
I'd like to copy or dial in the settings from my EQ3 and compare both compressors against each other. It's quite difficult getting precise turning graphical knobs only.

Googled and RTFM..

That looks like a bug in the plug-in GUI. We haven't seen anything like that in-house, but please follow-up with customer support and include your system info. They will file a bug so we can assign it and try to track it down. If you close the GUI and reopen it, does this issue go away?

Hi Dave.
No, the issue doesn't go away even when I open or create another project. The text/font/numbers never appear to me.

I'd be happy to try and help resolve this issue together with customer support.
Is there a mail address I should know of to contact them? Or would you please help me by telling me how to "follow up with customer support" the way you meant?

~~ Marcel

have you tried opening PT and then the channel strip in another user account? I had a similar error, where there was display, but everything was garbled ASCII code. Opened in another account, and things displayed correctly. Might not fix your problem, but may be a good troubleshooting step.

*Fixed* Our issue was with a Font that had been uninstalled. My advice would be check to see if you have any disabled Fonts..
