Default C24 power supply voltages

Hi does anyone have the power supply service manual or know the voltages? I' read 57v on the 52v leg could this be an issue? On my console none of the analog input pre's are working and the output section is not working. The outputs all have a hum and thumping sound and the input pre's although they will clip when bringing gain up nothing is shown on the meters either on the control surface or within protools so I'm looking for any insight that I can find.
Another finding is the +21v leg reads -21v and the +21v is reading -21v. (according to the labeling on the circuit board inside the desk)

Thanks

All I know is replacement C24 power supply is ****ing expensive. I also have C24 and once wanted to buy spare PSU because I am using that board on live gigs, but with those prices I chose to take my chances and mix with mouse in case PSU fried at the worst moment

I was able to borrow a brand new PSU from a friend for testing and the control room outputs still just make a thumping noise and the inputs are,'t fully working. With a mic plugged into any of the 16 input channels and when turning the input gain up I can get the overload light to clip but there's no metering on the console or in protools when the track is armed. Does anyone have a service manual for the Cl24 since I've now ruled out that it isn't a power supply issue.

Thanks for any help out there!

You may have better success by ignoring the mic pres and buy externals. Even cheap ones (sub thousand for eight channels) are better than built in. Of course you need extra cabling, but taking that console to service may be very very costly
