finding stop point
How can I find the exact spot I've stop at. While listening some tracks I'll hit the space bar or stop on the transports bar but every counter goes back to zero. There must be a way of knowing where I've stopped. Please help.

Re: finding stop point
1 - Go in the preferences (under the Select menu)
2 - choose Operation 3 - click on "Time line insertion follows playback" Now the play back line will stay at the exact point you stopped. batjnull

Re: finding stop point
Thanks for the response. Is there any way to do it without losing my original start point?

Re: finding stop point
Sorry, the preferences are under the SETUPS menu (and not the Select menu...) Ah, memory...
That said, if you want to keep a start point, (or any other point) assign it to a memory location. There is only one "playback head". It can stay at the place you stopped, or stay at the place you begun, depending of the prefs setting, but there is only one. Use memory locations. Very handy.
