AVID S4 Attention Track Knobs Master Module

Hi,
Hope I am posting this question on the right page. I am having this issue with the attention track knobs on the S4 master module. For example, if I attention a track onto the master module and want to change the parameter of the threshold of the compressor plugin but I want to reset it back to default. By pushing in the knob nothing happens. I have to press option on the keyboard or desk and either touch on press in the knobs to re set it back to default.
However it does work on my other room with the pro tools dock knobs. Been going through the user preferences and don't seem to find any option or settings.

Is there something that I am missing?

This is best posted in the S6 forum in the future...but

The S4 S6 don't work like the EuControl Surfaces, they have either the clear button or the modifier. The knob top was reserved for automation punch if we ever get it in PT.
