Upgraded to Accel and crashing more than ever

I have an 867 G4 running HD3 with 10.2.8 and PT 6.1.2...no crashing at all.

I recently purchased a dual 1.8 gig G5 and an HD3 Accel system. Running system 10.3.3 and PT 6.2.3 and now 6.4
I'm crashing on a daily basis. Screen goes grey with the multilingual warning to reboot. Also, I find when I'm in graphic mode of Auto Tune 4 (AS) the system will randomly freeze.
This is happening everyday.

Any ideas?
