Updating Problem Protool 7,1,1 to Protool 8

I have a Digi 002 and a protool 7.1.1; i just change to prottool 8 and when I Open the file they opened incomplete, some of the tracks that have instruments wouldn't open specially the bass ( the ones i recorded directly from the instrument, using a compressor, not from plugins templates)
