Put favorites at top of audio suite selection window

I've forgotten how to put my favorites at the top of the audio suite selection window. I had it in PT10HD but now I don't in PT11HD. I hope that action is still available. Also, when Pro Tools is running the Help listing in the top ribbon is just Mac OSX help. Is there no help button for Pro Tools?
