I've got a Profile that has developed some button problems. Many of or most used mutes, view buttons, and bank buttons will either physically stick when pressed (not returning to up position) or when pressed will not engage the mute. I'll need to push a mute sometimes 3 or 4 times to get it to go. This is a big problem in a live environment.
Unit is installed indoors and covered average 4 days out of the week. Has anyone encountered this? Can I replace a few boards to get new mutes and buttons? Is there a way to clean them? I'm worried my Next Snapshot button is the next to go... Thanks |

Only reasonable advice is to get the desk serviced. Someone might have poured some drinks in it. Call Avid live sound support
