Outbreak: when installing Pro Tools the system is asking you for what kind of system do you have, HDX or HD TDM, see attached.

Hey, That's the install menu.

I have it going! Reinstalled the cards and software.
The Cards still do not show up in system though.

I need to make a bootable USB of lion and use multi beast is there away to do this on PC as I don't own a Mac and want to build a hackintosh

Hey ,
somebody never tryed to set more than an operating system in the same "beast" , like :
1 hard drive with 3 partitions :
partition 1 - Osx + pro tools HD for pci-pcix cards
partition 2 - Osx + Final Cut , Cinema 4D , and other tools for video
partition 3 - Win XP-SP3 and various software....

or the mother board settings permit to install only 1 system configuration?

there is any recent hardware setup info (motherboard+intel i7)
that work fine with pro tools HD pci-pcix card ?

Hi all,

Question:
Can I install PT10.3.10 on the Hackintosh as described in th OP? I have built the exact same machine (long time ago). PT10.3.10 would give me more possibilities, plugin-wise. Now I have PT10.2 installed.

What OSX are you running?
I've found that with ML 10.8.4 my PT 10.3.8 is very stable.
Upgrading to ML 10.8.5 caused lots of problems so I went back to 10.8.4.

I am still on 10.7.4. I never tried to install a newer OS, afraid to screw up things. Can I run PT10.3.8 or .10 on 10.7.4?

Is it possible to run ML on th OP config?

PT10.3.10 on OS10.7.4 is working

Is it possible to get OS10.8.4 working on a JetWay JNAF92-Q67 with the right Multibeast?
