Sonic nonoise demo trial ilok problem

Hi,
I have trouble getting authorization for a demo license for Sonic NoNoise. i follow the instructions on the Digi nonoise webpage, provide my ilok account number, and the message "no authorizations exist for this product" comes up. I've never demoe this before. Any ideas anyone? Digi, can you help?

i tested and got the same message...

No demos are available for the product specified.

must e some reason why they don't allow demos

I don't understand ; it is an expensive plug-in (1500€). We have to try it before buy it. There is The Izotope RX way too. It is "only" 300€.
I have actually a lot of problemes with a movie ; the direct sound is very bad and full of analogique saturation. And it is difficult to do dubbing because actors are not professional. So I have to do the best for restore direct sound.
I try izotope Rx, and this works not bad. But before buy, I need to test Sonic NoNoise.
Anybody an idea ?
