How do I use the same (non-iLok) plugin on 2 diff. computers?

Hey there

I recently purchased the (really excellent) Redline 112DB plug in and use it on my iMac in PT8, but I want to also use it 'on the go' while I record on my Macbook - how do I use it on multiple computers? It states in the FAQ on the Redline website that you can use it on multiple computers but I don't know how to do this.

Install it on both and authorize it on both. This is what works with ezdrummer(which also allows 2 installs at a time). Assuming you go online to authorize the install, their website will likely keep track of your authorizations, just at toontrack does.

just install and auth on your second computer.

The 112 stuff uses a license file so it's not very well protected. You could probably license it on multiple machines without hassle.
