Exclamation Can Bus difference between CPU & RAM cause buffer errors ?

Hi Friends ,

Q6600 ( 1066 Mhz ) <---> 2x 1GB GeiL ( 800 Mhz )

can this bus difference cause PT's buffer errors ?

*** ofcourse the system was stable for about 4 hours under Prime95 hard test , but it's the last thing that may cause it .
