Default hardware setup isn\'t allowing me to set up MBox 2

This is my second time using Protools, last time i used it and set up everything correctly and recorded a little. But this time the input isn't recognizing any signal and the harware setup wont let me edit the set up of my mBox. Does anyone know what I can do?
