Default If it ain't broke...but now I wish to migrate to a brand new Mac

Hi all. I have a perfectly functioning circa 2001 (not a typo) 1G Windows 98SE machine running PT 5.3.1 with a 001. Custom interface cable and everything! 40GB D: drive for music! OK, so it's worked fine for a decade but now I wish to move to a Mac.

Basic Q: Can I transfer my WIndows 5.3.1 session and audio files to an iMac running OS 10.6.x and PT 9? Or should I mothball the old Windows platform?
