CoreAudio Driver stand alone 8.0.3
I have Digi 002 connected to my intel Mac Pro via Firewire. I do not have ProTools on my computer. I'd like to use the Digi 002 as the audio interface working with Soundtrack Pro. The stand alone driver for the Digi 002, Core Audio manager 8.03 will only allow me to configure the Digi 002 for optical out. Also, if I select S/PDIF the Digi 002 shows 10 in / 10 out but the Mac MIDI Utility shows 10 in / 2 out. If I select ADAT Digi 002 shows 18 in / 18 out but MIDI utility shows 18 in / 2 out. I can't configure analog outs and optical won't show me more than 2 out. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks, Michael |

Re: CoreAudio Driver stand alone 8.0.3
I'd try reinstalling the latest software over the one you have. Also, the only config options in the core audio manager are to mirror analog and digital out for 1-2 and to have the app minimize or close when all apps are done using it. There's also a buffer setting.
You config the analog material using the application (ie, logic, sonar, cubase etc)
