How to use an external hard drive with prot tools?
How to use an external hard drive with prot tools?
I have a g4 power book and I bought an Maxtor External hard drive 120g and I'm trying too save my protools session, but I keep getting this error that say's I need to save to an audio hard drive. Can anyone help?

Open up the Workspace Browser and check to make sure that the drive is Record enabled within the Workspace.

Hi,
Under the menu item Windows, select Show Workspace Window. That should get you where you need to be. Thanks, Digidesign Tech Support
