Firmware upgrade
I bought the 11R used. I wanted to upgrade to v2.0. The file requires serial, machine ID. I have the serial, it came with protools 10 I think, been a long time now. I can't find that version, i only have PT First. Any chance of upgrading this unit?

Avid support can probably help you out with the upgrade.
If you are on Windows, keep in mind you will need a Windows 7 pc without SP1 installed in order to complete the update.
