Default Open letter to AIR Music Technology Customer Support

Hi!
I have mailed you many times now and I'm really tired of the fact that you dont respond. Since I got Production Toolkit containing Hybrid and its registered on my name, with the email registered at Avid, it entitles me to the free upgrade of Hybrid for Pro Tools 11 according to Avid support.

I've been working with sales for 20 years now and this is really crap from your side.

Please respond to my emails!

Of course !!! I tried sending emails to them aswell.
I should have a promo code according to Avid... The said free upgrade and that's wrong but a nice upgrade price.

Leave reviews of this product on retailer websites like sweetwater, musicians friend, Sam ash, guitar center. They will be forced to look into the issue if people leave bad reviews. It will cost them sales if this issue isn't fixed.

AIR needs to make this right.
