Strange Issues With PT10

Hey everyone,

So I'm new to this forum, and any Pro Tools forum, and could really use some help with an issue I've been facing. When I try to create a new file this message comes up

could not create a new document because Assertion in "/volumes/devlopment/ws.ludwig/alturaports/dfw/macbuild/../views/umenu.macOS.mm" , line 1350.

I'm not exactly sure when this started to happen, but within the past month it hasn't let me create anything new. I tried looking around online for other users with this issue and nothing has really come up.


Anyways thanks for your help with this, not really sure how to tackle this.

I don't have an answer for you, unfortunately, but I wanted to point out that I get these weird "Ludwig" errors with PT10 every now and then as well. Never had them on the same system in PT9. Usually in mid-session, seems random.
