From Pro Tools 9.0.6 to 10?

Hello!

Yesterday I purchased Pro Tools 9 with MBox, and the install went well, as did the update to 9.0.6.

However, I'd like the complimentary upgrade from 9 to 10. I see the 10.0.1 updater, but this requires 10 to be installed.

I've registered the product, and was expecting an email with instructions and a link for the upgrade to 10, which I didn't get.

How do I get 10? Is there a link to the download?

AVID can take a few days to get the email out. Be patient.

You can also call your AVID authorized dealer and ask that they expedite this for you.

If 9.0.6 is working well for you, don't change/update anything until you create a backup point with Acronis True Image(PC), Time Machine(Mac) or similar. It would suck to lose a good-working rig to impatience

Thanks for the responses...turns out I was missing a yellow registration card for pro tools. The packaging only contained a reg card for the mbox. I've emailed support. albee1952 - I'll take your advice, thanks :)
