Match takes\channel with LE : bug or limit?

Hi everyone.
I'm working on a big movie recorded with Catar multitrak.
In PT HD 7.2 i can right click on a region and match (switch) a region between the 6 channels recorded. I can do edit, and then i can still mach with other channels.

When i open the same session with my LE 7.3 and right click on a region i can still see and match it with the other channels.
But when i edit the region (and Pro Tools creates new names for "auto created regions") it seems like it loose metadata for that region.
So if i right click it after some edit i don't see the other channels in Match menù anymore.

??!! WHY??!

fortunately if i save the LE session e re-open it with HD, all the regions that i've edited in LE have their relatives channels back in the Match menù.

So is it a LE BUG or a Limit?
But if it is a LE limit, why Digi gave LE user the Match function?
I didnt't try it on a LE with DV toolkit 2: Can anyone try it and tell me if with toolkit you can edit and stll see the other channels in the match menù.

Nevermind.
I've tried with PT Academic 7.3 (that basically have the same options of an LE + Dv toolkit) and everything works great, i can edit and then still be able to match tracks.
So i guess that's a limit of LE, who cares i got tihs fantatstic Academic version for 140 bucks and i've code time code, digitrasnlator and "this match funcion i've missed so much".
I'm going to sell my LE
