BFD Lite troubleshooting
whenever I insert BFD Lite plugin in pro tools, alert window pop up
"BF: couldn't write to preset file C:\Program Files\FXpansion\BFD Lite\Programs\BFDtemp.temp" I installed plugin again but alert window keep pop up. What is this means? How do I fix this problem? Eleven Rack Digi 002 Rack PT 8.04 window vista 32 bit

I contact fxpansion and this is the response I got
 "Hi, I'm afraid we don't actually support BFDlite. Digidesign used to deal with the support for BFDlite, please consult them on the issue."
