Default Error message running PT 10 with Mbox3 mini

When I start Pro Tools 10 with my MBox 3 mini, I get this weird error message (see attatched file). Happens with both my older macbook pro running Snow Leopard and my new one running Mountain Lion.

When I try to open old sessions I get a message the current playback engine does not support a sample rate of 48 khz.
