Avid Control app iOS not working

Hey all,

Just downloaded the Avid Control app on my iPhone 11 (latest iOS), and installed Eucontrol on my Mac. When I open Eucon on my computer, my phone shows up in the "All Surfaces" window and I can add it to "My surfaces". I then opened my app on my phone and it shows it's connected by EuControl, but every screen is black and doesn't show any tracks. I have a pro tools session pulled up with tracks, and can't seem to get anything to show up on my phone.

Do I need an S1 or something else to be able to use the Avid Control App on my phone with Pro Tools on my computer? I've deleted and reinstalled the Avid Control app on my phone, EuControl on my Mac, and Pro Tools and still no luck.

This sounds like using EuControl is disabled in Pro Tools, which is e.g. typical after having trashed the preferences...

So have you possibly missed to enable EUCON at the bottom of the Ethernet Controllers tab under Setup > Peripherals ?
