Default Dae error -9131

Pro Tools LE 7.0
Power Mac G4 1.25 GHZ Dual
2 GB RAM

The must buggy thing right now is DAE error -9131. It won't allow me to record. Anyone know about this?

I recall an actual DAE file back in LE 5.1 on OS 9.2 days. Those were some stable times. Now a days I have problems.
