interface not recognized in PT 12.5
Hello,
can someone help me with this problem. OS Yosemite on a mac pro, cpu 2010-6, PT HD 12.5, Aurora 16 LT-HD directly connected on a native HD PCIe. My aurora have the last update. Aurora 16 * Version 28 LT-HD * version 11 I installed first the core drive came with the pro tools hd 12.5 dmg. In the OS with the core audio app I see the aurora also in the midi interface. But in PT, it is not part of the device list? Can someone help me with this problem, I have 3 same studio with the same problem. I try several manipilation in the system and I did not find similar information to my problem on the forum. Thanks |

When this happened to me, I had to sync my ilok, leave the ILM open and connected (i.e. Signed in) and then start up PT.
ie it's usually related to the ilok.....

Ilok v2 and my ILM account is synchronized.
PT used the Aggregate, no HD native appear in the engine selection list? Any idea? |

It was the issue with my ilok, this happens from time to time...search the DUC.
I would check that the HD auth was on the ilok in question

Welcome to the community.
I think Daniel's onto something with his last comment. I checked the iLok account associated with your email address and don't see a Pro Tools HD license. Do you have another iLok/account you are using that contains a Pro Tools HD bundle (Pro Tools+Pro Tools HD licenses)?

you're right, I use another email to my account ilok.
We have this licence: Pro Tools | Software with 12-Month Upgrade and Support Plan - Institutional (Card and iLok) You just made me realize that we get the standard version of ProTools and not HD. This is the problem and the solution |
