Default Quickeys no Lion version? Alternatives?

I was about to install HD10 and Lion then noticed QuicKeys is NOT Lion compatible!!!! Total deal breaker!

There seems to be a rather tragic reason why:
http://forums.startly.com/community/...php?f=1&t=3288

Their programmer died and left them in the lurch it seems. A Lion version looks a LONG way off to me!

Does anyone know of any reliable alternatives to QuicKeys for Lion?

ikey works well, however depending on your needs....
I now build all my Pro Tools key commands in the Mac OS.
I use iKeys for auto typing (I used to use it for Pro Tools but the OS Keyboard sys. pref. is easy and transportable)-(com.digidesign.ProTools.plist).

Quickeys 4 is not compatible with Lion? Perhaps i should stop using it...

Seriously, Since upgrading to PT 10, The new eucon commands replace 95%
of my quickeys, but I still use 5% of them with no problem. I have to admit I didn't try creating new macros yet, maybe I would have known a bit sooner...

The OSX Keyboard shortcuts can't do some of the macros I use a lot like create an instrument track or mono or stereo aux with one key command etc. iKeys does look cool.

On the QuicKeys forum it seems some stuff works and some doesn't! Looks like you've been lucky! It's certainly not "officially" supported which makes me nervous.

I'm not using a Eucon control surface.

It's working with all my macros in Pro Tools HD. Didn't even know it was supported until I read this today.

cowrange,

Are you on snow leopard or lion? Quickeys on Lion is not supported but may work.

I've been using QK with Lion and PT since Lion was released. No issues whatsoever. I wonder why they're saying it's not compatible now? Weird.

Simple shortcuts are fine..... But toolbars are not working with Lion. And it was very useful for me to get access to AS plugs in a click.

I transferred everything in Keyboard Maestro in less than an hour and it's much snappier than QK..... but no toolbars even if the auto palettes do almost the same thing.
