Default Parametric EQ Settings

This is probably a little premature; however, as many ask for the Parametric EQ and the Eleven Rack Superheroes came, saw and kicked ***** (), how about sharing some of your settings?

I thought there was a thread started about this concept, but (on quick glance) can't seem to find it.

How/are you working it into existing presets?
What is it you're looking to gain and/or gaining from it?
Etc...

I know these are all simple, base questions; however, I'm no genius and know people are going to utilize this in ways I won't consider. Keep in mind, this is coming from someone who really prefers not to use external EQ; however, my biggest interest is in how it can be used in this modeler to help it sound more amp-like - not that it's starving for this ability. I'm thinking this and the Tru-Z settings will put us right there.
