Default Desperate to know

How do I create a Left-Right audio file from a track or region so I can drag it to Jam? When I duplicate a track, it shows up in audio files as a left and a right.

Select the region, it will be highlighted in the regions bin on the right. Hit the grey bar on top and choose "export selected as files", then choose to export as a "split-stereo" file, where to save it, etc. You'll end up with both a "__.L" and "__.R" file. If you have an effect on the region/track you want to export than you simply bounce to disk using the same method.

Desperate? Glad we caught you on time for this one.... you oughta peek into the manual from time to time.
