Default RIP Brian Wilson

We've lost a true musical genius and recording/producing pioneer. The melodies and harmonies will live on!

I am sad.......

The Beach Boys were part of many of our lives and their songs will go on forever....

Rest in peace

Eerily parallel, that both those creators;
one championing the cool Frisco vibe,

the other the warm so cal sun and fun –

featured family members, and multiple vocalists.

And both descended into decades long periods that can most charitably described as being "lost".”

Their art lives on...

Pet Sounds in heavy rotation here. What a phenomenal impact Wilson had on popular music with Pet Sounds.

Last saw Brian Wilson live when he was touring with Jeff Beck. Thanks Fender for those tickets. Now that's a double loss.

I'll wear my self out on Pet Sounds and then get to some Sly Stone...
