Resolved Issue•ETS-4322 / ETS-4330 / ETS-4399: DVS manager service unable to connect.

The specific fix is for Transferable license type, in addition to the existing
"Single Machine" license. license type allows DVS customers to transfer their license between machines at their convenience, such as when they upgrade machines or when setting up for short-term productions. The DVS Transferable license requires an Internet connection at least every 30 days to refresh its license (unlike DVS Single Machine license which can run offline indefinitely after initial activation). Please see the user guide for more information. Please note that DVS 4.3 for macOS is available only for "User Mode" operation. Some users of older Intel based Macs may find performance to be superior using the "Kernel Mode" version of DVS; in this case we recommend DVS v4.1.2.3 using the Single Machine license only.
