7.2 AudioSuite Bug, settings, pilot error?

All day I've been having issues with Audio Suite.
I'll pull up SPEED or Digi Pitch Shift and nothing.
No preview, no process.
I went through all the troubleshooting and it's fine for a while then back to the same problem again.

Session 40+ trks
Imported OMF (media copied from source)
2 Movie Tracks

G5dual2 / 3.5GBram / OS10.4.6
PT HD2accel 7.2cs1

Ideas or anyone else see this behavior?
