Protools CPU issue when using kontakt

CPU usage is 73% inside Pro Tools when there is only 1 instance of kontakt. My PC is pretty powerful but don't know why I'm getting this error. Also Pro Tools ran out of CPU power error is displayed. Please help in this case.

NI recommends disabling the multicore option in Kontak for AAX instances. If you haven't done so, you can try that. Make sure your version is up to date.

Try a playback buffer setting of 512 when just working with VI's and not recording audio. I found this be the best setting when working with samplers and pattern libraries. It's a good balanced setting.

Which Kontakt library are you using? Some libraries have a convolution reverb "studio" reverb that can be CPU heavy in in older versions. You can simply mute the mixer channel that it is routed to if that is the case.

Just some possibilities.

You could try a demo of Vienna Ensemble Pro. I did som testing on my old i7 980x based computer, 10 years old.
Loaded up 6-7 omnisphere, 6-7 different kontakt libraires, and a bunch of other plugins.
Cpu usage in pro tools was 4-5% and the total usage was 35-40%
With a up to date pc/mac you could really run big sessions without a problem

this is what I will never understand.. if they recommend to turn it of WHY is it THERE? just a thought..
