Eucon 2021.10 Unable to Install Mac M1 Monterey
Hi!
I just got my new Mac Book Pro M1 and it came with Monterrey. I had an older version of Eucon which didn't fully worked because the Artist Mix showed nothing on the display so I uninstalled it and downloaded Eucon 2021.10 Unified Installer and it says: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1ifvqozsij...%20AM.png?dl=0   Tried everything Last edited by juanpiedra014; 03-16-2022 at 12:37 PM.

I don't see the message it says? Eucon 21.10.1 does work on this system. Make sure you are installing EuControl not EUCONWS

Thats not what to Install, you need EuControl...the top option.

OK, that is the correct check box. Can you try checking Uninstall all Apps and remove prefs options and see what happens? This could be a permissions issue. Did you accept/allow all the dialogs?

Greetings,
I just verified on my macOS 12.3 partition that the EUCON Unified Mac Installer 2021.10.1.29 was able to successfully install EuControl (S1/S3/Dock/Avid Control) without any issues. I would -> Make sure you are installing 21.10.1. Uninstall and remove all preferences. Make sure you are on macOS 12.3. best, Jeff

Just updated to Mac OS 12.3. Erased preferences, tried to reinstall and same issue

I would recommend making a new Admin user on the workstation and give it another go.
