Default New Session\"Audio Record Volume\"

When I try to create a new session, it says "Session must be on an audio record volume" and I never get past that. I'm running on Tiger, Mac OsX with a G5.

Check the thread at the top of the forum dealing with that issue.

I'm running a 6.7 version of pro tools. When I go to update to 6.9.2, I enter the PT LE code that's in my booklet, it says I'm entering an invalid code. I just got the M-Box with Pro Tools today.

this is the TDM (or HD) forum. there is a dedicated LE forum, try posting there next time.

but...since we are here...

???

6.7 TDM or LE?

if you just got your Mbox, didn't it come with software? use that disk and make sure you enter the code properly.

Actually, I'm running 6.9. On the front of my booklet it says 9.7, but my code starts with DIGI0690 and it says version 6.9 on the install CD. It's Pro Tools LE version 6.9

Also, when I installed the software, and opened Pro Tools for the first time, the code worked.

That was when I opened pro tools. When I try to make a new session, the audio error comes up.
Good news: I Got the code to work online to download Pro Tools LE 6.9.2 updater.
Bad News: When I tried to update the version, it said I needed version 6.7 to update to 6.9.2 (????!!!!!????) Online it said it would update version 6.9 and/or 6.7 to 6.9.2.
