Sci Fi plugin crashing pro tools 2023.3

For some reason when opening Pro Tools in Rosetta, when it gets to the Sci Fi plugin (an Avid plugin), it hangs Pro Tools and it has to be force quit. However, when loading Pro Tools in Native mode it opens it just fine. I really don't need the sci fi plugin but I can't delete it. every time i remove it both from the package contents folder and the plugins folder, it automatically reloads it every time. I still have too many plugins that aren't compatible with native mode so i need to work in Rosetta. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
