2022.9 Video Playback Slow

I've just updated to Monterey 12.6 and Pro Tools 2022.9.

Pro Tools works fine except when I try to play back a video it takes over 20 seconds for Pro Tools to start to play and when it does the video is chronically slow and way behind the timeline.

When the video track is deselected it plays back fine.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

What video hardware are you on?

I had the same problem here, updated OS (from Catalina to Monterey) and ProTools from 2022.6 tp 2022.9. Getting the latest Blackmagic Driver solved the problem. Hope that helps!

Did you try trashing the /Users/shared/AvidVideoEngine folder and restarting Pro Tools?
