Default new izotope ozone 8 "tonal balance control" AAX plug in reports wrong Latency

Hi,
I bought the new ozone 8 bundle and I like the new "tonal balance control" plug in.
But there is basic bug with the AAX version. the plug in reports "zero" latency to ProTools (but it has 1.469 samples @*44,1kHz latency, I measured it).
The result is that the plug in is not correct compensated by the ADC of pro tools 12.
So at the moment it is unisable as AAX in Pro Tools 12.
I hope the izotope people will fix this soon.
Franklyn

Very disappointing. 4 Month after release of the Ozone bundle still no update and no Bug fix of "Tonal Control" AAX.
A Plug in witch do not work with Pro Tools ADC is not usable.

iZotope, whats up?

:-/

that's izotope for you..

more likely they will release a $200 update to version 9 and never fix V8.

Yesterday iZotope Support wrote me that it will be fixed in the next update. (The actual version is still 1.0)
I hope it will be released soon...

Yes this is what i mean. they answer but never do anything..

they removed i drum xrb installers from their site, i asked for a link, that was 3 years ago.

So 4 months to confirm a fix is *coming*, it could even be in 2018 LOL is a record.

They are known to answer at least in a week but never actually do anything LOL so you have done very well.

I bought ozone 7 advanced and neutron advanced, the producer something bundle, 3 weeks before O8 and N2, 3 weeks, and they want 299 to upgrade. That was enough to stop me in mu tracks with izotope, even though i really would like N2

Sad thing is, i already owned ozone 7 and all the products in the bundle except for vocal machine, so i literally bought them again as there was like a special for 199, but to pay 299 3 weeks later? Nah, not right.

I decided to wait till ozone X and neutron 3 combo LOL, cause it will be the same upgrade price.

Or who knows, even less, with the specials they do.

Just spoke via email with a friend at the company and he says it should be fixed soon. So, I am guessing they are aware of it. I sent the doc link that we are discussing it on to make them aware of the long overdue concerns. G
