NO iLok License Card with GSM format license chip

I bought my MBOX2 factory bundle about 8 months ago...long story short I finally got around to trying to install all of the software on my computer and realized that nothing was installing because I was missing some registration information. My Ilok is not being recognized on any computer that I plug it into and I checked out the Digidesign site and realized that I didn't have the license card with the chip on it that is needed to put into the Ilok. What can I do to get a new one? I am having a problem getting through to tech support. Thank you for any help!

The authorizations for the plugins that come in the factory bundle are pre-installed to the ilok. You do not need the "card". As a matter of fact, I have yet to see one single plugin that actually supplies the auth on the "card". (I'm sure they exist, but I've never seen one, or needed one for any plugins that I've purchased)

This is your problem.

Go to www.ilok.com, click on the "Quick Start Guide" link on the front page and follow the instructions there (including and especially "Download the iLok Client Software and install it.").
