Hard reset or re-install firmware for the X-Mon?

Hard reset or re-install firmware for the X-Mon?

Does anyone know if there is a "hard reset" function for the X-Mon or the D-Command, like hold down a sequence of buttons while powering on etc?

Also is there a way to re-install the firmware from Pro Tools or from the units themselves?
