Default Filter plug-in with envelope follower?

Hi all,

I'm after a plug-in that allows you to set the filter cutoff point to follow the amplitude (volume) of the signal it's applied to, or from an independent source (in similar fashion to the sidechain input of a compressor).

Does McDSP's FilterBank allow this?

Even my cheapo Behringer Modulizer unit features it!

Any ideas?

Phil
