Broken pro tools 9 disc

Hey guys,

I'm have a bunch of technical problems with my Pro Tools 9, and want to uninstall/install it to see if that fixes the problems. Unfortunately I bought protools from a retailer years ago and the disc is scratched to hell and not loading. Other threads have said log in to Avid and there should be a download there. I have tried logging on to Avid, however it says my email is not linked to an account? Even through I have the protools registration email sent to that account. I've been searching for hours and can't seem to find a solution

Any help that anyone could send my way would be massively appreciated!
