Cannot connect to Digidesign hardware! Help?!

Cannot connect to Digidesign hardware! Help?!

I just turned on to protools again after two months, now my pc
can't connect to digidesign digi002 rack hardware?!! My green firewire light is on,
and my firewire card is working properly (according to Windows).
I tried loading install disc but the problem persists there when it tries to
load my hardware drivers! Is there anything I can do?!!
