Default Hissing Crackling

Recently whenever I am in pro tools it will work fine for about 15 minutes then out of nowhere during playback it will start crackling and hissing through my monitors, anyone have any ideas what is going on? No error messages come up or anything and I have checked my Clock source and it is set to internal.

Under which circumstances do you get it:

1. Do you get it all the time, eve when you start PT?
2. Do you open several sessions in a row?
3. Which plugins do you use?
4. Do you have to sync several devices?
