Pro Tools 8 crackling

My Pro Tools is working fine, but every time I hit space to stop the project, I get some crackling sound.
It is not so bad, but it is annoying.
It sounds like on STOP each channel drop some smal amount of crackle, ant it sounds bad.
Also, System Performance shows around 30% of CPU usage, but some times on stop yellow line that shows CPU usage is RED, and then I hear crackling too.

My system:

Gigabyte DS3R
Q8300
4GB
WD 160 GB
Maxtor 200 GB
WD 1TB
Digi 002r
Windows 7 X64
Pro Tools 8.0.4CS2
