Hi,
I posted this in another, existing thread for efficiency's sake, but got to thinking you guys may not come across it, and given the time situation I'm faced with, thought it better to post a new thread. The subscription on my physical iLok shows to expire tonight, May 16 at 7PM. Avid successfully used auto- renewal on my account on May 2, almost 2 weeks early, but I wasn't concerned. Today I went into ILM and went to All Licenses, found my Pro Tools subscription, and Ctl clicked the refresh icon. Now it says my license will expire on May 2, 2024, 2 weeks ago, lol! Anyway, I can still run Pro Tools, presumably for a few hours. It's giving me the warning that it's about to expire, and I really need it for the weekend. Thanks guys, hope you see this! |

Yep. I don't have Pro Tools, even though I successfully paid for it two weeks earlier than I should have had to.. what's up with that? I can't work now.

Good news, today the year on the expiration changed to 2025 in ILM. I was then able to manually refresh my subscription.
It still says May 2, so I loose a couple weeks off my yearly subscription, but it's working now, so I'm not going to complain. ![]() |

Hi Killahurts,
I checked your license and saw that the expiration date has been updated to May 2, 2025. Can you try and launch Pro Tools? Also you might need to sync your iLok key using iLok license manager. https://avidtech.my.salesforce-sites...n-iLok-account |

Thanks Charles! Yes, as I wrote above, this morning the expiration date changed from 2024, to 2025. Then I was able to refresh the physical iLok key, and Pro Tools is now working.
I'm not sure why the auto-renew would happen two weeks early, but it reset my annual expiration date in the process. |

You're welcome and we apologize as well with the inconvenience. There was an issue that affected the renewal of licenses. Our IT team is already working on it and expecting to get it resolved by next week.
