Default wireless configuration errors?

Hey,
I am a brand new Pro Tools user, I just got an Mbox2 Factory and I'm running it on a Toshiba Dual Core laptop. Ever since I have gotten it I've got a couple of errors, both in my reference to my wireless setup. The first two involve ZcfgSvc.exe and Dot1XCfg.exe. When the computer shuts down (anytime not just after using PT) it comes up with an End Program window and it doesn't finish shutting these configurations down. Also, after the full system shuts down it holds on a blank screen and I have to manually shut it down. I don't know if these are actually PT related problems but I'd appreciate it if someone could let me know what to do about them. Thanks.

-Eric

Turn off your wireless. Make a hardware profile for surfing if you like.

I got an old toshiba laptop and when wireless was on, or anything besides pro tools for that matter. I had problems too.

I have the wireless off during Pro Tools, and I usually disconnect my network cable too.

Perhaps in the administrative services. Turn off there.
