No sound comming out of MBOX

Hi. I installed MacOS 10.3.9 on an external firewire drive along with protools (my main hard drive has Tiger installed, thus protools will not work). When I play a session using the firewire drive and it's version of protools, no audio comes out of the mbox. The meters light up, indicating that audio is being played, I just can't hear it. I CAN hear audio comming through the Mbox's inputs, though. Also, if I go into Reason and set audio out to Mbox, I will hear no audio, even though the application shows that audio is being played.
I'm afraid that the answer to this question will be very obvious, but I can't figure it out..

Have you tried turning the Mix control on the Mbox?

I fixed the problem. I unplugged the mbox from the computer, then plugged it back in. I knew it would be something like that.
